Pinecrest Community Association

1and1 Linux HOSTED TEST

Dear Members and Residents:

As you are likely aware, in addition to the Sheriff's Department, which has jurisdiction in Mission Viejo and Pinecrest, the Association also has a private patrol service go through the Community several times each day.

The Board wants to remind the members and residents that the Association cannot and does not guarantee anyone’s safety and security and that you are encouraged to take all necessary steps to protect yourselves, your families and your belongings. You should provide for your own safety by locking your doors, keeping your personal belongings locked in your trunk and out of plain sight, installing a security system, carrying insurance, and other measures to help protect yourself.

In case of a health, safety, or fire emergency, always call 911 first.

If you see or hear any suspicious persons, call 911 for the Sheriff’s Department or 714-778-0447 for Priority One Patrol. Never confront a suspect yourself.

Please also feel free to contact the Association’s Management Company, Orange County HOA Management at 949-216-3985 if you have any questions.

Thank you and stay safe.
